Central Florida offers much in the way of a great place to live for all ages, young and old, and all different life situations. Families will find the signature theme parks a short drive away but closer to home parks and trails for hiking, biking and just leisurely picnicing abound. There’s a revitalized downtown Orlando, with the new arena featuring state of the art appointments and neighborhoods nearby with quiet brick streets and the most amazing highrise buildings with views that will tickle the eyes.
Depending on your preference, there are wonderful outlying communities, Clermont to the west, Apopka to the northwest, Sanford and the smaller communites to the north, Oviedo, Avalon Park, Stoneybrook, Eastwood, and Waterford areas to the east, and Lake Nona and Hunter’s Creek to the south, each with its own character and charm. These pages will give you an overview of what you might find in each area, and although our office is located in southeast Orange County, my area of service is wide and I am happy to assist clients in all of Central Florida.
